The Institute offers different kinds of training in mediation. They include seminars, workshops and courses.
A seminar involves the teaching or discussion of a topic led by the instructor(s) usually in the form of lectures or a formal presentation in which the attendees are encouraged to discuss the subject matter.
A workshop is similar to a seminar with a major difference in that there are more intensive discussions and activities such as role plays with participation of the attendees.
A course is a series of lessons in a particular subject which is of a longer duration than that of a seminar or workshop, and usually leading to a practical test or examination at the end of the course.
